Head Track & Field Coach
Now in his 24th season as head coach of the track & field program (and 31st season overall) at Manhattan College, Dan Mecca is the longest tenured head coach at Manhattan and only the sixth head coach in the track & field program's 100-year history. His 24 years as head coach equals Fred Dwyer's tenure as the longest in program history. Before succeeding Dwyer, Mecca spent seven years (1986-93) as the field events coach for the men's team. He was also the Jaspers' head cross country coach from 1993-2012.   FULL BIO

Head Coach - Cross Country, Mid Distance & Distance
Kerri Gallagher was named the head coach of Manhattan's men's & women's cross country, mid-distance and distance programs in July 2016. An elite-level professional runner, Gallagher represented the United States in the 1500 meters at the 2015 IAAF World Championships.   FULL BIO

Joe Ryan
Associate Head Coach - Sprints & Hurdles
Joe Ryan is in his 27th season on the Manhattan College track & field coaching staff. He works primarily with the sprinters and hurdlers, and was elevated to Associate Head Coach in July 2016. Ryan also has Olympic coaching experience. He was the head coach of Guyana's track & field team at the 2008 Beijing and 2016 Rio Games.   FULL BIO
Kelton Cumberbatch
Assistant Coach
Former Jaspers star Kelton Cumberbatch is in his fourth season as a volunteer assistant coach at his alma mater. A 2009 graduate with a degree in physical education, he works with the sprinters and hurdlers.   FULL BIO
John Lovett
Assistant Coach
John Lovett, a member of Manhattan's 1973 NCAA Championship team, is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Jaspers. A 1973 graduate and 1997 Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, he ran the opening half-mile leg on the Jaspers' distance medley relay team that set a world record en route to that national title.   FULL BIO
