2010-11 Indoors: Posted a time of 51.34 seconds in the 400 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4...Ran the 400 at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 7, finishing in 51.51 seconds.

2010 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 49.65 in the 400 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 2...Placed second in the 400 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 1, finishing in a time of 49.78 seconds...Also ran the leadoff leg on Manhattan's gold medal-winning 4 x 400 meter relay squad.

2009-10 Indoors: Captured first place in the 400 meters (50.46) at the Armory Holiday Classic on Dec. 27...Placed fourth in the 400 at the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16, finishing in 50.35 seconds...Took sixth in the 400 (49.78) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Ran season-best times of 22.35 seconds in the 200 and 49.64 seconds in the 400 at the BU Valentine Invitational on Feb. 12...Finished seventh in both the 200 (22.99) and the 400 (50.42) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.
