2013 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Tallied 6816 points to take second in the decathlon at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17…Contributed points in three different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 4), winning the silver medal in the long jump (23’9) while also placing fourth in the pole vault (14’3¼) and javelin (167’9)…Finished sixth in the decathlon at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 10, collecting a personal-best 6937 points.

2012-13 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Recorded a second-place finish in the long jump (21’11¾) and a third-place showing in the 60 meters (6.9) against Columbia on Dec. 7…Scored 5141 points to finish second in the heptathlon at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 14…Grabbed third place in the 60 meter hurdles (8.50) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Took first in the heptathlon (5238) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Placed second in the long jump (23’10¾), fourth in the pole vault (14’9) and fifth in the 60 hurdles (8.37) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Won the gold medal after compiling 5404 points in the heptathlon at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 1).

2012 Outdoors: Posted a time of 51.73 seconds in the 400 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Placed eighth in the 110 meter hurdles (16.07) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Finished first in the decathlon at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13) for the second straight year, establishing a new personal-best with 6902 points...Took sixth in the pole vault (14’3¼) at the Lions Invitational on April 28…Contested five events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5), taking second in the pole vault (14’9) and sixth in the long jump (21’8)…Compiled 6874 points to win the gold medal in the decathlon at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 11.

2011-12 Indoors: Won the heptathlon competition at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9, collecting 4990 points…Had a season-best time of 8.59 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 13…Took fifth in the heptathlon (4262) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Placed third in the pole vault (14’3¼) and fifth in the long jump (22’3¾) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Competed in the heptathlon at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 3, finishing 13th with 4091 points.

2011 Outdoors: Notched a season-best clocking of 15.55 seconds in the 110 meter hurdles at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 18)…Had a season-best throw of 127’3 in the discus at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Established a new personal-best of 6525 points to capture the gold medal in the decathlon at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 15)…Grabbed third place in the high jump (6’4¼), fifth in the 100 meters (11.26) and 200 meters (22.52), and sixth in the long jump (21’4) while also running on both the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 meter relay squads at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 8)…Finished the season with a sixth-place finish in the decathlon (6408) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2010-11 Indoors: Finished third in the 60 meter hurdles (8.84) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Placed second in the long jump with a leap of 22’8 at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 14…Scored 5160 points to capture the gold medal in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (Jan. 28)…Had a season-best high jump of 6’4 to take fifth at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11…Collected points in four different events at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18, placing second in the pole vault (14’9), fourth in the 55 meter hurdles (7.94), fifth in the long jump (22’4¼) and sixth in the high jump (6’0½)…Took the silver medal in the heptathlon with a personal-best score of 5402 points at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 5.

2010 Outdoors: Captured sixth place in the long jump with a leap of 22’4¼ at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 19…Competed in the decathlon at the prestigious Penn Relays (April 21-22), finishing fourth with 6395 points…Scored points in four different events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), placing third in the pole vault (14’8¾), fifth in the high jump (6’2¼) and long jump (22’0¼), and sixth in the discus (120’2).

2009-10 Indoors: Took first place in the long jump with a leap of 22’7¼ at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Won the gold medal in the heptathlon at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29, collecting 4731 points…Claimed the silver medal in both the high jump (6’2¼) and pole vault (14’9) while also taking the bronze in the long jump (22’9) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.

Before Manhattan: Attended Tingralla High School…Represented Sweden at the annual Sweden-Finland-Estonia Outdoor Match of Combined Events in the summer of 2010.
