RIVERDALE, N.Y. - The Manhattan Athletic Department has released the JasperVision broadcast schedule for the 2010 fall sports season. A total of 24 home contests for the men's & women's soccer and volleyball teams will be broadcast live at GoJaspers.com. Fans can purchase each event separately for a cost of $2.95 per game or order a fall sports season package, which includes all 24 contests, for $14.95.
All 14 soccer games from Gaelic Park, as well as all 10 volleyball matches from Draddy Gymnasium will be broadcast. The first contest on the schedule is the women's soccer team's season opener against Fairleigh Dickinson on Friday, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. The men's soccer team takes on Fairleigh Dickinson in its season opener on Wednesday, Sept. 1 at 7 p.m., while the volleyball squad's home opener will be against Saint Peter's on Sunday, Sept. 19 at 2 p.m. Each event will feature live commentary, and all broadcasts will be archived and available on-demand shortly after their conclusion.
In addition, every home men's and women's basketball game this winter will be broadcast on JasperVision. That schedule will be finalized once the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) announces each team's conference slate. The basketball season package is available for a cost of $39.95 or a per game fee of $5.95. Fans can also purchase the all sports package for $49.95, giving them access to every JasperVision broadcast during the 2010-11 academic year.
