2012 Outdoors: Competed in four meets…Had a season-best clocking of 5:10.13 in the 1500 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13)…Posted a time of 5:16.40 in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5).

2011-12 Indoors: Notched a season-best time of 11:26.73 in the 3000 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1, good for second place…Took third in the 1500 meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational (Dec. 9), posting a time of 5:08.30…Placed fourth in the 3000 (11:34.90) at the Long Island Indoor Championships on Jan. 20…Ran the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17), finishing in 12:01.40.

2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 21:13.00 clocking over 5000 meters at the Army Open on Sept. 2…Notched a season-best 6000-meter time of 25:13.20 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28.

Before Manhattan: Ran cross country and track all four years at TomsRiverNorthHigh School.
