2012 Outdoors: Took second in the 400 meter hurdles (1:09.84) at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Placed third in the 400 hurdles (1:06.85) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Grabbed fourth place in the 400 hurdles (1:04.87) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Finished fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:04.30) while also running the third leg on both Manhattan’s conference champion 4x400 meter relay squad and silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.

2011-12 Indoors: Finished second in the mile (5:41.41) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Won 1000 meters (3:10.64) at Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Notched a season-best time of 2:24.19 in the 800 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 20…Registered a 1:20.78 clocking in the 500 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3…Took eighth place in the 400 meters (1:00.57) and ran the 400 leg on the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.

2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 19th-place finish at the Army Open (Sept. 2), completing 5000 meters in 20:47…Had a season-best clocking of 25:07 over 6000 meters at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)…Placed 75th at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7), posting a season-best time of 20:44 for 5000 meters…Recorded a 6000-meter time of 25:41.80 at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28).

Before Manhattan: Ran four years of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Mount Sinai High School…Competed in every event from 200 to 3000 meters, as well as the 400 meter hurdles and 2000 meter steeplechase…Earned All-America status in the steeplechase as a sophomore.
