2012: Earned playing time in 11 games as a freshman...made collegiate debut at John's Hopkins (3/6)...finished the season with six goals...had a two goal game at Sacred Heart (3/10)...also scored goals against Binghamton, Wagner, VMI and Jacksonville.

BEFORE MANHATTAN: Three-sport athlete at Babylon High School...was an All-County Lacrosse player and wrestler...named captain of the lacrosse team...played on the 2008 Long Island Champion football team...recruited by NYIT and Air Force.

PERSONAL: Son of Stephen and Kathy Hurst...born May 11th, 1993...youngest of three children...has an older brother, Stephen, and sister, Victoria...plans to major in Accounting...cousin, Matt, plays lacrosse for St. John's.
