Ezron Bryson

Ezron Bryson enters his first year as Assistant Director of Sports Medicine at Manhattan College.  Bryson comes to Riverdale after two years as a graduate assistant at the University of Michigan.

While at Michigan, Bryson provided care, prevention and rehabilitation of athletes in a number of sports, including football.  He was responsible for the maintenance of custom equipment and traveled with the Wolverines to a pair of bowl games.  Bryson coordinated the training room at the practice site and team hotel for both the 2011 Gator Bowl and 2012 Sugar Bowl.  In addition, he managed the team's drug testing program.

From 2009-10, Bryson worked for the New York Jets, where he helped develop training and rehabilitation programs.  He was also responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Jets' training room and equipment.  Bryson assisted with practice preparation and post-practice recovery, as well.

A 2009 graduate of Hofstra University with a degree in athletic training and minor in physical education and sports sciences, Bryson received a master's degree in sports management from Michigan in April 2012.  He is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, as well as the Michigan Athletic Trainers Society and National Strength and Conditioning Association. 

The University of Michigan's Clinical Instructor of the Year in 2011-12, Bryson is a certified personal trainer.  He also holds certifications in CPR, AED, first aid and athletic training.
