RIVERDALE, N.Y. -  The Manhattan women's soccer team officially begins the 2012 campaign tonight at 7 p.m. when the Jaspers travel to archrival Fordham for the 20^th "Battle of the Bronx" at Jack Coffey Field. The Jaspers came out on top earning a 1-0 victory over Fordham last season in Riverdale. Manhattan goalkeeper Kara Davis secured the shutout posting eight saves. Manhattan's season opening road series continues at Delaware State on Sunday with kick off set for 3 p.m. Fordham is coming off a pair of road losses at Michigan and Michigan State.
