RIVERDALE, N.Y. - On July 31, the Manhattan College men's basketball team will travel to Nassau, Bahamas to play three games against the Bahamas national team and the junior national team.
"This is a great opportunity for our team to prepare for the upcoming season," head coach Steve Masiello said. "It's a chance to play against outside competition and an opportunity for our young men to gain an outstanding cultural experience out of the country and create more of a family environment."
Manhattan will have two days of practice before playing games on August 2, August 3 and August 4. The Jaspers will return home on August 6.
The Jaspers return four starters from the 2012-13 squad that won eight of its last 11 games and advanced to the MAAC Championship game.
