RIVERDALE, N.Y. - The Manhattan College women's swimming team has again upheld its superb reputation of success in the classroom as for the 27th consecutive semester, dating back to spring 1997, the Lady Jaspers received Scholar All-America recognition by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

Under the direction of head coach Walter Olsewski, who enters his 15th season at the helm, Manhattan tied for ninth among the 201 Division I programs last spring in cumulative team grade point average. The Lady Jaspers' 3.51 index was even with Syracuse University and the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.
