McCann hit .500 (6-for-12) and logged a 1.083 slugger percentage which helped Manhattan (12-11, 6-0 MAAC) to four straight wins last week. Giordano was dominant in his start on Sunday against Fairfield as he recorded a career-high nine strikeouts for his second straight conference victory.

The lefty slugger drove in all six of his runs during Saturday's doubleheader sweep of the Stags. McCann set a career-high with five RBI in a 6-2 game one victory over Fairfield. Then in game two, he scored three of the Jaspers six runs and hit a solo home run which lifted Manhattan to a 6-1 triumph. Giordano delivered his top performance of the season by pitching the Jaspers to a 3-1 victory over Fairfield on Sunday at Van Cortlandt Park. Giordano, a right-handed pitcher from Bedford, N.Y., struck out a career-high nine batters and did not yield a walk over eight innings. Giordano went to work early striking out five of the first six outs. He peppered the strike zone with 77 strikes in a 107 pitch effort, and limited the Stags to a .172 batting average against.
