RIVERDALE, N.Y. – Manhattan College freshman forward Lindsey Loutsenhizer (North Huntingdon, Pa.) has been named MAAC Rookie of the Week for the week of Dec. 15-21, the conference office announced today.  Loutsenhizer averaged 11.0 points and 6.3 rebounds in games against Stony Brook, Portland and Portland State.

Loutsenhizer finished one rebound shy of her first career double-double at Stony Brook last Monday night, posting 13 points and nine boards in the 70-60 victory.  Those totals were one off her career-high in each category.  Against Portland on Friday night, Loutsenhizer tied her career-high with 14 points and added six rebounds.  She finished off the week with a six-point, four-rebound performance in the loss at Portland State on Sunday.

For the season, Loutsenhizer leads the Lady Jaspers with 5.7 rebounds per game.  She is also tied for fourth on the team in scoring with 7.6 points per game.
