GENERAL: Hard throwing right hander... tough pitcher who is a true competitor on the mound... can be used as a starter or out of the bullpen.

2012: Appeared in three games before suffering a season ending injury... recorded nine strikeouts in 12 1/3 innings of work... made season debut starting in the Jaspers' first victory of the season at Florida Atlantic (2/25), striking out a season-high four batters... earned the start at Maryland (3/3) posting two strikeouts and yielding only one walk... came out of the bullpen at West Virginia (3/17) allowing only two hits and two earned runs with three strikeouts in four innings of work.


2011:
Made 10 appearances, including four starts... posted a 2-1 record and 3.65 ERA... struck out 17 batters in 24.2 innings of work...yielded a .261 batting average against... pitched 2 2/3 innings with four strikeouts during collegiate debut in a 11-6 victory at Western Carolina (2/25)... made first career start and first career win at NJIT (3/15) by yielding one hit over five scoreless innings and striking out a career best six batters without a walk... earned second victory of the season by pitching six scoreless innings leading to a 2-1 win at Sacred Heart (5/10)... yielded only 10 earned runs.

BEFORE MANHATTAN: Lettered three years at Plainview JFK High School... earned All-County honors and was the Conference AA-2 Most Valuable Player as a senior after going 5-0 with a 1.90 ERA... struck out 56 in 32 innings of work... recorded a career-high 16 strikeouts over eight innings in a 5-1 victory against Farmingdale on April 28, 2010.... as a junior recorded six wins, one save, posted 2.63 ERA, notched 93 strikeouts over 80 2/3 innings pitched in 21 games... prior to senior campaign was named 2010 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America selection and ranked #13 on Blue Chip Prospects Class of 2010... was among 31 players selected from the Greater New York Sandlot Athletic Alliance All-Stars, a group of high school and some college players from New York City, Long Island and Westchester, who competed against the United States 18U national squad in a five game series in July 2010.

PERSONAL: Majoring in physical education... the son of Richard and Barbara Bonanni... has two brothers, Robert who attended Buffalo University, and Michael who attended Hofstra University.
