Riverdale, N.Y. (April 16, 2007)-- Due to the inclement weather that swept through the New York Metropolitan area on Sunday into Monday morning, the finale of baseball's MAAC series against Marist has been cancelled.  The game will not be made up per Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference regulations.  The Jaspers hope to return to action on Tuesday afternoon, April 17 against Sacred Heart University.

The SHU Pioneers are scheduled to visit Van Cortlandt Park for a 3:30 start, and the game is to be played as slated.

After taking two games from Marist on 1957 Reunion Day this past weekend, Manhattan is now a perfect 11-0 in MAAC play.  Off to their best conference start in program history, the Jaspers return to conference play on the road at Niagara University for three games this upcoming weekend.
