HANOVER, N.H. - On Saturday, action continued at the ITA Northeast Regional Championships from Dartmouth College's Boss Tennis Center with the start of main draw competition in both singles and doubles.  Manhattan College's top team of Lili Johnson (Tulsa, Okla.) and Christina Puleo (Leonia, N.J.) were in action in the doubles draw, while Johnson also played in the first round of the singles draw.

In doubles, Johnson and Puleo faced a tough draw against the sixth-seeded team of Marina Bykovsyaka and Anna Edelman from Binghamton.  Bykovskaya and Edelman notched an 8-0 win to eliminate the Manhattan duo.  Johnson returned to the court just about an hour later for her first-round singles match against Pui Wing Sher of Seton Hall.  Unfortunately, it was Sher who moved on with a 6-0, 6-1 victory.

The ITA Northeast Regionals concluded the Lady Jaspers' fall season.  Manhattan resumes its dual match slate in February.
