2011 Outdoors: Chosen to the Capital One Academic All-District I Team and MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the season by long jumping 22'8½ at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18...Took second place in the long jump with a leap of 22'3 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15...Grabbed the silver medal in the long jump (23'1¼) and bronze in the triple jump (47'3¾) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7-8.

2010-11 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Jan. 18 after taking first place in the long jump with a mark of 23'7¼ at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 14)...Won the gold medal in the triple jump (49'1½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2010 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the long jump competition with a leap of 23'11½ and took second in the triple jump with a distance of 48'9½ at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 19...Chosen as MAAC Performer of the Week on April 20 after taking first place in the long jump (25'4) and second in the triple jump (49'5¾) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 17...Placed third with a mark of 25'3½ in the long jump at the prestigious Penn Relays (April 22)...Named Outstanding Performer for Field Events after winning three gold medals at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)...Took first in the 200 meters (21.81), long jump (24'0¾) and triple jump (49'7) while also finished third in the 100 meters (10.93)...Defended title in the triple jump (51'7¼) and finished second in the long jump (25'0¾) at the IC4A Championships (May 14-15)...Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in both the long jump & triple jump, but didn't compete due to injury.

2009-10 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Won the triple jump competition (49'5½) and placed second in the long jump (22'8½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29...Selected Outstanding Performer for Field Events after taking first in the triple jump (49'5) and second in the long jump (23'6) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 19.

2009 Outdoors: Earned a place on the USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Men's Track & Field Team...Finished first in the triple jump with a mark of 51'5 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 20...Named MAAC Performer of the Week on April 21 after taking first in the triple jump (47'5) and second in the long jump (24'2¾) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 18...Competed in the triple jump at the prestigious Penn Relays on April 25, finishing 10th with a leap of 49'8...Won four gold medals at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 2-3) to claim Most Outstanding Performer for Field Events honors...Took gold in the long jump (22'8), triple jump (47'6¼), 200 meters (22.65) and 4 x 100 meter relay at the MAAC Championships...Captured gold medals in both the long jump (25'1½) and triple jump (52'0¼) to help Manhattan place fourth as a team at the IC4A Championships on May 16...Just missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships with an eighth-place finish in the long jump (24'1¼) at the NCAA East Regional Championships on May 29.

2008-09 Indoors: Opened the season by taking first place in the 200 meters (22.35) athte Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 6...Took the gold medal in the long jump (24'1½) and silver in the triple jump (49'4¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28...Won the 200 in a school-record time of 21.61 seconds at the BU Valentine Invitational on Feb. 13...Captured the gold medal in the long jump (23'7¾) and 200 (21.96), while also taking second in the triple jump (50'4½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20...Finished second in the long jump (23'8½) and third in the triple jump (50'2½) at the IC4A Championships on March 7.

Other: Represented the United States at the 2009 Pan American Junior Championships in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, winning a bronze medal in the triple jump with a personal-best leap of 52'1¼...Qualified for that meet by claiming the silver medal in the triple jump at the 2009 USA Junior National Championships.

Before Manhattan: A three-time New York state long jump champion (2007-08 indoors, 2008 outdoors)...Also won back-to-back state championships in the outdoor triple jump (2007-08)...Corning-Painted Post's single-season scoring record-holder in soccer.
