2012 Outdoors: Selected to MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with a 1:55.65 clocking in the 800 meters and a 3:56.17 performance in the 1500 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Finished third in the 1500 (3:55.76) and fourth in the 800 (1:54.96) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Took third in the 800 (1:51.01) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Recorded a time of 1:52.80 in the 800 at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 11.

2011-12 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed second in the mile (4:31.27) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Secured fourth place in the 800 meters (1:55.21) at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 11…Posted a season-best time of 1:54.00 to take fourth place in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Ran the 800 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 3), recording a 1:54.17 clocking.

2011 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 17:06.7 clocking over 5000 meters at the Army Open on Sept. 2…Took 41st overall at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7), completing the 8000-meter course in 27:22.0…Registered a season-best 8000-meter time of 27:16.70 at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28).

2011 Outdoors: Registered a season-best clocking of 1:53.59 in the 800 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Had a season-best time of 3:58.34 in the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1…Secured eighth-place points in the 1500 (4:11.88) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Placed sixth in both the 800 (1:56.51) and 1500 (3:58.81) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2010-11 Indoors: Captured second place in the 1000 meters (2:25.94) at the Armory Collegiate Challenge on Feb. 25…Qualified for the final of the 1000 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 5), placing seventh in 2:26.34.

Before Manhattan: Won a bronze medal in the 800 meters at the Swedish Junior Championships…Captured a silver and a bronze in the 800 meters and 1500 meters at the Swedish School Championships…Ran a personal-best time of 1:52.09 in the 800 and 3:53.97 in the 1500.
