2011-12: Set the school record in the 200 Individual Medley at the MAAC Championships with a time of 2:15.01...also broke the school mark in the 100 free at MAAC's (55.25 seconds)...part of three relay teams that set new program records, the 200 free, 800 free and 200 medley relay.

2010-11: Part of the school record breaking 400 meter freestyle relay team at the MAAC Championships...placed third in two events (400 IM & 200 Medley Relay) at Mt. St. Mary's.

Before Manhattan: Four-year letterwinner as a member of the Gardner high school swimming team... named captain during career. 

Personal: Born May 9, 1992... daughter of Scott and Laura L'Heureux... has brother, Spencer, and sister, Tory... majoring in radiation therapy.
