 Manhattan's Ryan Shields (Standish, Wigan, England / Standish Community) was named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team as announced at the league's annual postseason banquet.

Shields Highlights:

* Tied for the team lead with two goals
* Scored his first collegiate goal in 1-1 draw with defending MAAC Champion Rider
* Notched his second goal in 3-3 tie with Fairfieldhie

Marist’s Cameron Harr was voted Offensive Player of the Year while Canisius’ Thomas Teupen was tabbed as Defensive Player of the Year. Rider’s Ryan Baird and Monmouth’s Eric Klenofsky shared MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year honors while Quinnipiac’s Eamon Whelan earning MAAC of the Year honors. Eric De Costa of Quinnipiac rounded out the MAAC major award winners, capturing Coach of the Year accolades.  

Manhattan placed a MAAC-best matching 13 student-athletes on the MAAC All-Academic Team (3.2 GPA or higher):

Seniors: Brian DeLaurentis, Niels Kirch, Andrew Melitsanopoulos
Juniors: Greg Bohn, Tom DiGiglio, Luke Greaves, Joe Hulme, Jose Meza
Sophomores: Michael Bringard, Grant Elgin, Tomas Espinal, Connor Hayes, Shields
