SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Former Manhattan College track & field athlete Lisa Daley took home three gold medals at last weekend's USA Masters Track & Field Championships at Sacramento State University.  Daley finished first in her age group in both the 200 meters and 400 meters, and she was also a member of the victorious 4x400-meter relay team.

In the 400, Daley finished in 57.26 seconds to win the 40-44 division.  Her time would've been good enough to qualify for the ECAC Championships in the event.  She then ran a time of 26.03 seconds to win the 200.  Daley capped her week by running the second leg on the 4x400-meter relay squad that posted a winning time of 3:52.85.

Daley still trains with Manhattan assistant coach Joe Ryan, who also works with three-time Olympian Aliann Pompey, a fellow Manhattan graduate.
