Riverdale, N.Y. -- Two student-athletes will be joining the Manhattan College golf team for the upcoming 2010-11  academic year, head coach Walter Olsewski announced today.  His recruiting class consists of Chris Calabro (Pleasantville, N.Y./Westlake H.S.) and Paul Toohey (Yonkers, N.Y./Fordham Prep).

Calabro, while playing for Westlake H.S. qualified for New York State Sectionals out of Section 1.  Toohey was a top golfer for the Fordham Prep golf team, with a 12-0 league record and a nine-hole seasonable stroke average of 37.9

"I am very excited to have Chris and Paul join our team for this upcoming season," said Olsewski. "We are all looking forward to competing at the collegiate level and both possess the drive to play well and help our team against both conference and non-conference opponents."
